TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to River Little Resort & Campground (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a campsite or RV site and entering our property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully, as these rules are intended to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests.

1. Reservations & Payments

  • All reservations must be made by individuals 18 years of age or older.

  • Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required to confirm your booking.

  • Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your reservation details (dates, site type, number of guests, RV size, etc.).

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund (less any processing fees).

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

  • No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, weather events). In such cases, guests will receive a full refund.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 3 PM

  • Check-out time: 11 AM

  • Late check-outs are subject to additional fees unless approved in advance.

4. Guest Conduct & Rules

To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, all guests agree to:

  • Follow quiet hours between 10 PM – 7 AM.

  • Supervise children at all times.

  • Respect fellow campers and refrain from disruptive behavior.

  • Use designated fire pits for campfires and observe fire bans when applicable.

  • Keep pets on a leash and clean up after them.

  • Properly dispose of garbage and recycling in designated bins.

  • Use RV hookups (water, sewer, electricity) responsibly and in compliance with posted instructions.

Failure to follow rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Guests acknowledge that camping and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: wildlife encounters, uneven terrain, weather events, and fire hazards.

  • By entering the property, guests assume full responsibility for their safety and that of their party.

  • River Little Resort & Campground, its owners, and staff are not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, vehicles, or RVs.

  • Guests are responsible for carrying their own travel, medical, or liability insurance.

6. Property Damage

  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to campground property, facilities, or natural surroundings.

  • RVs must use proper surge protectors when connecting to electrical service.

  • Cutting trees, damaging vegetation, or altering campsites is prohibited.

7. Alcohol, Smoking & Substances

  • Alcohol may only be consumed responsibly at your own campsite.

  • Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted in communal areas or buildings.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

8. Management Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service or admission to anyone.

  • Relocate guests to an equivalent site if necessary.

  • Remove any guest or group that fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
